Class Descriptions Yogamatrix Studio offers both traditional and unique Yoga classes to meet the different needs of our community. Please, read our class descriptions and take as many classes as you like. Remember, in Yoga “an ounce of practice is worth several tons of theory.” The benefits of Yoga are cumulative: the more you practice, the greater the results. Recent research in Japan and US links the connective tissue to the flow of energy in the body (Chi or Prana).
